The 2024 Summer Season has ended.
Many thanks to all our amazing guards including Head Guards Michael Scaglione and Bella Meyer as well as Anna Wray, our Club Manager, who was a great addition to the PMBC team. Our guards are the heart and soul of the club and we thank them for all their hard work ensuring a safe season on the Hudson.
The club is officially CLOSED FOR SWIMMING until Memorial Day weekend 2025.
A reminder that dogs are not allowed through October 31st.

No Dogs Allowed May 1st-October 31st.
Guest Policy- Guests are allowed except on July 4th. Limit of 4 guests per household per visit. The same guest may not be brought more than 3X over the course of the Summer. Guest Fees ($10 M-Th and $15 Fri-Sun) apply. Guests must be signed in upon entry and accompanied by their hosts at all times. Family members 26 and older living outside the member household are considered guests and must be signed in (except for boaters bringing guests to their boat).
Private Parties: Private parties, including kids parties, can be scheduled but require a separate fee. To prevent over-crowding, we limit parties on weekends to 11a-4p. To inquire about scheduling a party, please download the Party Application on this site or email events@pmbcsleepyhollow.org
Children under 12 Must be accompanied by an adult. Please watch your children in the water.
Carry-in/Carry-out rule for Garbage. Please dispose of your garage and recyclables at home. You may ask a Guard for a garbage bag if you need one.
Member Code of ConductNo Swimming beyond the designated swimming area.
No playing on the rocks.
Parking Information: All members of the beach club are required to have proper parking stickers. PMIA will only be distributing stickers for beach club members that live outside PMIA or SHMA. If you live in Philipse Manor and want a sticker for parking, you must join PMIA also here. If you live in Sleepy Hollow Manor and want a sticker for parking, you must join SHMA here.
No smoking vaping permitted on premise.
Fire Pit Safety: Please supervise your children around the fire pit at all times. Do not leave fire pit unattended.
In order to ensure a positive experience as a member of the PMBC, members are expected to adhere to all rules and understand that breaking rules can result in having their memberships suspended or revoked.
It is expected that Members will treat our Guards with respect at all times. Any issues that a member has regarding rules or direction from a Guard enforcing club rules or making requests for the safety of our members should be addressed with a Board member. You can write to membership@pmbcsleepyhollow.org with any issues, questions or complaints.
Members are also expected to treat fellow members with consideration and respect or risk having their memberships suspended or revoked. Complaints regarding member or guest conduct should be directed to the Board at membership@pmbcsleepyhollow.org.
